We start by removing existing cabinets, flooring, and fixtures, then finalize a layout that makes the most of your space. Every kitchen remodel starts with a clear plan before the first nail goes in.
Cabinetry
New cabinets installed to your specs, whether that’s full custom, semi-custom, or pre-built. All three options have their place depending on your budget and goals. We handle layout, leveling, and all finish work so everything fits and looks right from every angle.
Countertops & Backsplash
Granite, quartz, laminate, butcher block: we install countertops in whatever material fits your budget and style. Tile and stone backsplash work done clean and consistent.
Flooring
Hardwood, LVP, tile, or whatever fits your home. We install and finish kitchen flooring to match the rest of your home’s style and stand up to daily use.
Plumbing & Appliances
Sink relocation, dishwasher rough-in, and appliance installation handled correctly. We coordinate with your plumber or manage it in-house, permitted and inspected.
Lighting & Electrical
Under-cabinet lighting, recessed cans, pendant fixtures, new circuits for appliances. Everything wired correctly, up to code, and permitted.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchen remodels take 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope. A cabinet and countertop swap can move faster, while a full gut remodel with layout changes, new plumbing, and electrical will take longer. We never rush the work, and every project gets the time it takes to do it right. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during your free estimate.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?
It depends on what’s involved. Cosmetic updates like replacing cabinets or countertops typically don’t require a permit. But if we’re moving walls, adding electrical circuits, or relocating plumbing, permits are required. We handle the permitting process and make sure all work is done to code in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
Can I still use my kitchen during the remodel?
Partially. During demo and rough-in phases, the kitchen will be out of commission. We’ll work with you to set up a temporary cooking area and minimize disruption as much as possible. We clean up at the end of each day so your home stays livable throughout the project.
Can you move walls or change the kitchen layout?
Yes. Opening up walls, removing a peninsula, adding an island, relocating the sink: these are all things we handle. We’ll assess the structural situation during your estimate and walk you through what’s involved so there are no surprises.
